– Customer’s telephone number: this is communicated to the carrier for any agreements relating to delivery and can be used to contact the Customer for resolving any problems.

Refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to conclude the purchase. The customer takes responsibility for the truthfulness of the data entered, aware that he/she will be punishable by law in case of falsifying his/her identity or of entering untrue invoicing data.

In case of mistakes, the customer may request to change the entered data, but only if the request is made before these have been processed for accounting purposes or for issuing transport documents or invoices, let alone for shipping the goods.
