The warranty has a duration of 24 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by accidental events, improper use or normal wear and tear.

No specific document is required to claim the warranty.

Most products ship within 1-5 business days. Shipping to Calabria, Sicily, islands, and remote areas may take an additional day. During promotions and sales, shipping times may be longer (10-15 business days).

Custom or non-ready-to-ship products will ship after the product is finished, but no later than from a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of 30 working days.
