No specific document is required to claim the warranty.
Most products ship within 1-5 business days. Shipping to Calabria, Sicily, islands, and remote areas may take an additional day. During promotions and sales, shipping times may be longer (10-15 business days).
Custom or non-ready-to-ship products will ship after the product is finished, but no later than from a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of 30 working days.
Once the product is shipped, an e-mail and/or text message with tracking information will be sent.

You can cancel the purchase within 15 days of receiving the product by sending a written communication (refer to the “Terms and Conditions of Sale“).
Custom or customizable jewelry cannot be returned since they are made specifically upon the customer’s request.

- Remove jewelry with stones by pressing on the gold;
- Keep jewelry away from water, sweat, and chemicals;
- Store jewelry in a cool, dry place;
- Have jewelry cleaned by a professional jeweler periodically.
