Orders
However, it’s important to know that the warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Don’t worry about needing a specific document for the warranty; it is automatic under the law.
It’s simple! Find the product you want, click “Add to Cart” and then follow the instructions at the time of payment. Remember that you’ll need to enter your details to complete the order.
Important: Please note that there might be an additional verification step for security, such as a double confirmation with your bank, to ensure everything is safe.
If you have a Promotional Code, enter it in the designated box in your cart and then click “Add” It will save you some money!
Shipping
Typically, your package will arrive within 24-48 hours after we have processed the order. However, it should arrive within a maximum of five working days from the moment you place the order. If you live in Calabria, Sicily, islands, or in slightly more remote areas, it may take an extra day. These delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during special promotions or holidays. Oh, and if you purchase during sales or promotions, it may take a bit longer, around 10-15 working days. Some products, like custom-made jewelry, might not be immediately ready for shipment.

As soon as we ship, you will receive an e-mail or SMS notification so you can track everything. And if you want to check right away, click the “Track My Order” button in the footer menu (at the bottom of the page).

If you’re not at home when the courier arrives, don’t worry! They will leave a notice, and you can simply call the courier’s branch to arrange a new delivery.
Returns and Withdrawal
You can change your mind and cancel the purchase within 15 days from receiving the product. Just send us written notice that you want to withdraw (check the “Terms and Conditions of Sale” for more details).
If you change your mind, you can return the item within 15 days of receiving it. Just remember to send us a written message informing us of your decision (read the “Terms and Conditions of Sale” for details). But please be aware that custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned; they are made specifically for you!
