Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email within the following 24 hours. If you do not receive an email from us within this time period, please first check your spam folder and then, if necessary, contact our customer service team.
Orders placed between Monday and Friday afternoon are processed immediately, on the same day. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed for items that are immediately available on the website, no changes can be made to that order. However, we would like to remind customers that as soon as your order arrives, you may exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 15 days.

Promotional Codes are personalised codes that allow you to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on www.rosannacattolico.it. The Promotional Codes box is displayed on the Shopping Bag page: once you have added your chosen items to your shopping bag, enter your code in the Promotional Codes box and click “Add”.
On average delivery takes place within 24/48 hours from the moment the order has been processed and generally no later than 5 working days from the moment the order has been received. For Calabria, Sicily, Islands and remote locations, delivery may take an additional day. The times indicated above are indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or according to the destination. Please note that there may be delays to shipping during promotional events and sales periods.

If you are absent for the first delivery attempt, the courier will issue an “attempted delivery” notice; please contact the relevant courier branch to rearrange delivery.
